Our trip leaders have extensive knowledge and expertise in their areas of operations. All have the outdoor skills, and people skills, necessary to insure that you will enjoy a SAFE AND FUN extraordinary adventure. We have an ecological agenda in that we believe that when you learn to love a place, or a species, you will value it and work to save and protect it when you get home. On our trips we strive to hire and train local help as much as possible in an effort to contribute to local economies. Most of our trips are lodging based. A few involve camping, for which we use the best, modern gear and equipment.
We are the owners of Blue Waters Kayaking based in Point Reyes, California, where we serve thousands of customers each year. Blue Waters Kayaking, full service kayaking company located on beautiful Tomales Bay in the Point Reyes National Seashore was established in 1994. We are the oldest (and first) established outfitter in the Point Reyes area.
We have been in the outdoor recreation and tourism business for many years, and are experienced at providing quality outdoor trips. Our personal expertise includes safety and risk management, operation of natural history tours, on-water skills training, and over-all excellence in customer service.
