About Your Guide
Jenn Shulzitski has traveled extensively in Central America, Mexico and the United States, paddling kayaks, rafts, and dugout canoes on coastal bays, estuaries, rivers, and lakes. In her past life, Jenn studied ornithology (birds) with a M.S. in wildlife biology at Northern Arizona University. Jenn also works and plays as an outdoor educator, professional ACA-trained sea kayaking instructor, sailor, vagabond, mama, and guide in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jenn lives in Nicaragua for six months of every year, and she works with local Nicaraguan guides and staff to create an authentic, bilingual, and cultural experience.
